What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you will :

• Perform Patient Transfers : Assist patients with transfers from bed, chair, and floor, ensuring safe body mechanics.
• Design Care Plans : Create tailored plans that integrate goals, treatments, and discharge strategies, adjusting as needed based on patient responses.
• Educate : Provide valuable education to patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare providers using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluate : Assess clinical findings to determine diagnoses and outcomes of care.
• Screen Patients : Use appropriate procedures to assess the need for therapy services.
• Document : Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations and care plans according to department policies.
• Collaborate : Work closely with patients, families, and the medical team throughout the rehabilitation process.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $34.66 - $59.62 per hour . Your actual compensation will depend on various factors, including experience, qualifications, and location. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members.
