? Board Certified / Board Eligible : BE / BC in EM, FM, IM, Gen Surg (ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM, ABPS accepted case-by-case)

? Certifications : ATLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS

? Licensure : KY license required
