Experienced Optician

Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Commission | Weekend Availability Required

Are you passionate about fashion, style, and delivering exceptional client experiences? We are hiring licensed and non-licensed Opticians for multiple locations in NYC and are looking for some dynamic and sales driven Opticians to join our growing team! A dispensing license or an action plan to obtain a license is required.

What You’ll Do :

  • Deliver personalized, concierge-style service to a discerning clientele.
  • Drive individual and team sales while exceeding KPIs.
  • Stay ahead of fashion trends and share your styling expertise.
  • Clienteling & reach out to help grow the business.
  • Maintain impeccable store presentation and merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a seamless, luxury experience.
  • Support nearby boutiques when needed—flexibility is required.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experienced : Optical retail sales experience is required.
  • LDOs : License preferred.
  • Professional : You handle challenges with grace and integrity.
  • Team-Oriented : You thrive in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
  • Entrepreneurial : You’re proactive in driving traffic and building client relationships.
  • Fashion-Savvy : You love eyewear and have a keen eye for style.
  • Accountable & Communicative : You take ownership and communicate openly.

  • Competitive Pay : Starting from $30 / hr (LDOs from $35 / hr) + commission
