Senior Product Manager
As a senior member of the product organization, you'll bring 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years at a senior or principal level leading platform or integration programs.
Define and manage the multi-year roadmap for carrier and enterprise partner integrations, ensuring data consistency, API standardization, and alignment with Goosehead's strategic priorities.
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Business Operations to modernize the agent and client experiencereducing complexity, improving speed, and enabling self-service where it matters.
Reimagine the service-team experience by connecting front-end workflows with back-office systems, improving first-contact resolution, and enabling proactive client engagement through digital tools.
Translate business goals into actionable technical priorities; align teams across product, engineering, operations, compliance, and partner management.
Build and maintain a single, dependency-aware roadmap that highlights priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs across multiple business lines and states.
Establish measurable outcomes and KPIs for digital and service transformationsdriving faster delivery, lower rework, and improved satisfaction scores.
Collaborate with internal AI and data teams to accelerate discovery, automate documentation, and improve product analysis for faster decision-making.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence at all levels. Insurance, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus.
This role has close engagement with senior product and technology leadership and will work to ensure leadership has transparent visibility into priorities, progress, and dependencies across the transformation product portfolio.
