Responsibilities :
Streamline operations and reduce risk exposure by working to ensure there are no gaps in our documentation and procedural processesAudit and maintain the content catalog of enterprise learning materialsReconcile the content catalog with the employee-facing learning management system to ensure they are alignedBuild process automations to help auto-initiate content reviews to ensure they are completed on time and on scheduleEnsure all final approvals are captured and stored appropriatelyPerform other duties, as neededQualifications :
1+ years of Content Development experienceAssociate's and / or Bachelor's DegreeProficient with building SharePoint Lists and integrating with Microsoft FormsFamiliar with naming convention and standards for organizationGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)High attention to detailDesired Skills :
Experience using Power Automate to establish automation workflows and triggersExperience working with content and catalog management
