Base Salary : $59,030.40

We're looking for a Direct Support Manager to join our team!
This position's primary focus is to coordinate and direct operations of our Residential and / or Day Services Program. This includes scheduling of staff, implementing program plans, and coordinating appointments and activities for the individuals served.

Schedule : Generally Monday - Friday 9-5 / some nights / some weekends / some on call responsibilities / flexibility required this will be split between the Long Hill Home in Middletown and Carriage Drive Home in Durham. This position oversees both homes.
