Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions in alignment with patient goals
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain detailed documentation
  • Utilize therapeutic tools and technology effectively
  • Stay informed on industry standards and best practices
  • Requirements :

  • Active California SLP license (required)
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (required)
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
  • Current BLS certification (required)
  • Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills
  • Experience in healthcare, school, or outpatient settings (preferred)
