job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCall Schedule : Minimal, shared among all physicians on a 1 : 7 to 1 : 8 rotation (answering service triages after hour calls) Cerner EMR with Dragon dictation Dedicated nurse Average Patient Volume : 20-25 patients per day Patient Census : Primarily adult and geriatric patients, with some pediatric cases Demographics : A mix of rural and suburban patients, with common cases such as hypertension, diabetes, and routine wellness checks, etc. Visit Types : Sick visits, follow-ups for chronic conditions, annual physical exams, and acute care visits, etc. Typical Procedures : In-office procedures include minor dermatologic procedures, joint injections, skin biopsies, routine vaccinations, and womens health screenings. Sign-on Bonus : $25k+ sign-on bonus to assist with the transition.
