Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine and understand the specifications of the project.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
  • Hire staff and allocate responsibilities.
  • Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.
  • Evaluate progress and document as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

    • The Ideal Candidate Will Have :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC / Mechanical field (Required) Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or Superintendent Strong knowledge of construction procedures, material, and project management principles Familiarity with health and safety standards and regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction / project management software Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and negotiation abilities A team player with leadership abilities.
