This role is ideal for a highly creative designer who thrives in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments. You will design for a wide range of mediums, including print, digital, web, social, products, and immersive experiences. Accountabilities

  • Design original graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other creative assets across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with departments including marketing, exhibitions, merchandising, production design, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain brand consistency and adhere to established graphics standards across all projects.
  • Prioritize multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Participate in ideation, concept development, and execution of both individual assets and integrated campaigns.
  • Provide constructive feedback and share resources with fellow designers to foster collaborative creativity.
  • Suggest improvements to existing design systems and workflows to enhance overall efficiency and impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience across print and digital media.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, grid systems, and layout.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and high-quality design work.
  • Excellent communication skills to discuss design strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations with teams.
  • Self-starter mindset with curiosity for emerging technologies and innovative design trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
