We’re looking for a Sales Operations Administrator who brings a growth mindset, a customer-first approach, and relentless responsiveness to every challenge. You will ensure that every order, email, and report helps build momentum for our team and our mission.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and process orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy before and after fulfillment
  • Communicate order details, updates, and changes directly with customers and internal teams
  • Manage special requests, modifications, and exceptions, including sales rep requests and unique transportation needs
  • Process timely invoice changes, price adjustments, cancellations, returns, and pushed orders as needed
  • Support drivers with issues during deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales databases and records, ensuring data integrity
  • Deliver responsive, customer-first support and maintain a professional, positive presence in all interactions
  • Assist the Sales Operations team with larger projects that improve processes, reporting, and cross-functional efficiency
  • Adapt to changing priorities and take on ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive team-oriented attitude

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite; experience with ERP systems / Asana is a big plus
