Manage and coordinate preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime. Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere for both customers and employees. Ensure quality standards are consistently met in product preparation and service. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Support the Owner with inventory control, ordering, and cost management. Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure adherence to company policies, health codes, and safety procedures. Previous supervisory or management experience in food service or retail preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Basic computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and email communication. Competitive pay and performance-based incentives. The Assistant Manager creates a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products. This role is responsible for performing all job duties in a manner consistent with current company processes and procedures and maintaining all food safety and sanitation standards.
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations at our drive thru coffee shop. The Assistant Manager will support the Regional Manager in leading a team of approximately 15 employees, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth store operations, and achievement of key performance goals.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of ~15 employees to deliver excellent service.
- Conduct interviews, hire, and train new staff members.
- Provide ongoing employee performance reviews and feedback.
- Create, manage, and adjust weekly staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
