Senior Patient Services Coordinator

As Senior Patient Services Coordinators you will lead front office training and development. This position will be responsible for driving PSC engagement, culture in the clinic, PSC training and clinic growth. In this position there is opportunity to work alongside Regional Training Coordinators to create a customer service environment. Senior Patient Services Coordinators are often the first impression a patient has of PT Solutions. Working in the front line of communications, you interact and build relationships with patients, insurance providers, and medical professionals to create a streamlined scheduling and financial workflow. Strong hospitality focus, organization, flexibility, time-management, and can-do attitude will provide day-to-day success.

  • Be able to take constructive feedback and put it into action
  • Ensure each patient leaves feeling happy and healthy

    • Experience :

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Interest in learning healthcare systems and processes
  • Exceptional communication skills and a can-do attitude

    • Pay Range :

  • $18 - $19 / hourly

    • Schedule :

  • Full-time between clinic hours
  • M-F, 7a-7p
