Job Description

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy putting out a high-quality product? We are seeking a Quality Control Technician for our Ink Lab. Check out this opportunity to be part of our team and contribute to our growth and success. As a Quality Control Tech, you will be responsible for :

• Performing quality control testing of production batches of inks and coatings
• Completing associated clerical work (entering results into SAP, printing labels, filing, etc.)
• Performing 5S cleaning and maintaining the area
• Establishing and maintaining accurate and complete quality records in SAP
• Performing color quality tests; making batch additions and adjustments
• Implementing necessary and timely batch corrections directly to Production
• Calibrating and verifying test equipment
• Investigating and analyzing non-conforming batches (internal and external)
• Supporting Lean Manufacturing
• Ensuring sample retention management
• Performing some customer proofing
