About The Position

Job Title : MRI Technologist

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Hours per Shift : 10 hours

Experience : Minimum of 2 years (1+ years may be considered)

License : No license required

Certifications : BLS, ARM, EPIC required

Must-Have :

• Previous charge experience preferred
• Charting system experience required

Description :

Schedule requirements are Tuesday through Friday.

Hours will be Tuesday to Thursday from 10 : 30 AM to 9 : 00 PM and Friday from 7 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM.

Candidates will be reviewed by clinical staff to determine clinical fit.

If candidates pass the clinical review and meet guidelines, they will be sent to the manager for a final decision.

Clinical screens will be conducted on a case-by-case basis.

Manager will conduct interviews.

Candidates may care for COVID-19 patients.

Facility is tobacco and fragrance-free.

Candidate must notify prior to submission.

No call requirements are expected.

Candidates will be required to work two of the three major holidays.

A maximum of seven days of requested time off is allowed.

Floating is not applicable.

Candidates must have experience with adult acute care and outpatient.

They should also be familiar with various imaging technologies including GE, PACS, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba.

There may be experience required for specific imaging types such as brain, abdomen, breast, chest, and soft tissue neck.

Experience with certain imaging processes including isolation precautions, diffusion (non-brain), gradient echo imaging, multiplanar reconstruction, and perfusion is preferred.

The facility’s patient demographics and daily census can provide further insights into the expected workload.
