Position Summary :

The Foreperson is responsible for directing and supervising field production crews, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks related to outdoor container plant production. This role involves collaboration with the Production Department Head and works closely with other farm forepersons, irrigation, inventory, plant health, and maintenance staff to achieve production goals while maintaining quality standards and safety compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Directing crews and monitoring different tasks related to growing and plant maintenance such as trimming, spacing and consolidation.
