Schedule : 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Pay : $18.00 / hour

Responsibilities :

• Answer and resolve incoming claimant phone inquiries
• Accurately complete data processing, entry, and analytics tasks
• Troubleshoot and report data irregularities
• Communicate project updates to management
• Meet processing goals and performance standards
• Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
