The Tasting Room Manager oversees the daily operations of our San Antonio Winery tasting room in Paso Robles, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, a high-performing team, and efficient, profitable operations. This role requires a hands-on, service-oriented leader who embodies our core hospitality values and shares a deep passion for wine, food, and customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and / or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.

• Lead all aspects of restaurant management operations
• Deliver and educational wine tasting experience maximizing customer satisfaction
• Responding efficiently and accurately to all restaurant customer issues
• Enlivening our core hospitality values from warm welcome through fond farewell
• Maintain restaurant revenue, profitability, and quality goals
• A successful candidate will lead by example, and uplift staff in our fast-paced environment
• Assist as needed with food prep and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle high-stress situations calmly and with good judgment to please customers and keep staff focused on daily goals
• Manage Restaurant's good image and suggest ways to protect and improve it
• Promote our brand in the community through word-of-mouth and special events

Requirements :

Pay Range : $70,000 - $80,000 USD
