Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Remote-Atlanta

Job Summary

A reputable agency is in search of a detail-oriented individual with a thorough understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both admitted and non-admitted carriers' coverage lines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial, established book of business.
• Maintain client relationships and handle client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in various insurance products and processing new and renewal submissions.
• Review insurance contracts for accuracy.
• Process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing.
• Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
• Check policy coverage and endorsements on all new business and renewals.
• Work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Retain all accounts assigned to the team.
• Apply problem-solving skills to address cancellations, claims, renewals, audits, receivables, and carrier issues.
