Are you mechanically inclined? Do you enjoy fixing things and working with your hands in a clean, climate-controlled environment? If so, we want you on our team as an Machine Adjuster, Machine Maintenance Tech !

Join a long-standing, family-owned company where your mechanical skills will be valued and rewarded. We’re looking for detail-oriented team members to set up, adjust, and maintain envelope folding machines at our Butler, WI facility.

  • ???? Pay & Benefits :
  • Starting pay : $24.00 / hour
  • Automatic raises at 30 days and every 90 days thereafter – Earn an additional $1.20 / hour in just your first 90 days!
  • 2nd Shift Premium : +$0.75 / hour
  • 3rd Shift Premium : +$1.00 / hour
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match
  • 80 hours PTO + 9 paid holidays + Sick Days

  • ???? Available Shifts :
  • 2nd Shift : 2 : 30 PM – 10 : 30 PM, Monday–Friday
  • 3rd Shift : 10 : 30 PM – 6 : 30 AM, Sunday–Thursday
  • NOTE : all training will be completed on 1st shift and can last 6-12 months depending on experience
  • ???? What You'll Be Doing :
  • Operate and set up all machines in the department
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform daily machine maintenance
  • Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate machine configurations
  • Inspect product quality throughout runs and maintain production standards
  • Perform changeovers, minor repairs, machine wash-ups, and general cleaning
  • Track and document labor, production counts, and material usage
  • Load die-cut paper stacks into the machine feed and ensure smooth operation
  • Pack envelopes uniformly into boxes and pallets while maintaining machine pace

✅ What We're Looking For :

  • Mechanical aptitude – hands-on problem solvers who enjoy working with machines
  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, automotive, fleet, or farm mechanic role strongly preferred
  • Comfortable learning and operating complex equipment
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to train on 1st shift for an extended period
