Business Banker

In order to continually provide our members with the highest level of service, Affinity FCU is seeking a results oriented and service focused individual to join our team in the role of Business Banker. The Business Banker is responsible for developing new business member relationships throughout our Central New Jersey branch locations by cross-selling Affinity’s products and services that fit their financial needs.

The starting salary range for a new hire in this role is $80k to $90k. The wage / salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several qualifying factors, including but not limited to : years of relevant experience, years of industry experience, education, etc.

• Generate new business member deposit accounts, business loans, retention and cross selling other products and services of Affinity.
• Develop banking relationships with middle market and larger businesses.
• Actively engages in business networking and community activities to achieve targeted sales goals.
• Creates awareness in the local community that the credit union is providing multi-product banking solutions to the business community.
• Actively employs strategies to expand business banking member relationships by identifying their needs and maximizing opportunities.
• Responsible for member satisfaction and retention.
• Serves as primary point of contact and delivers member satisfaction and relationship profitability.

This position will require thorough knowledge of all credit union products and services, including deposit products, lending products, cash management products and virtual banking tools, with a solid understanding of features and benefits of each.
