Job Description

Manage day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to maintain workflow efficiency. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and architects. Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, schedules, and cost tracking. Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site. Oversee project closeout processes, including punch lists and final inspections.
