A company is looking for a Head of Benefits Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Provide commercial support and sales enablement by partnering with Account Executives to create opportunities and guide top pursuits
Engage with clients and prospects, acting as a trusted advisor to validate the company's value proposition and drive program adoption
Participate in market thought leadership through conferences and panels, enhancing the company's presence in the benefits ecosystem
Required Qualifications
Former Head of Benefits, VP of Total Rewards, or similar benefits leadership role
Extensive network of benefits decision-makers in Fortune 500 / enterprise organizations
Proven ability to communicate with executive buyers and shape large-scale benefits strategies
Background in holistic benefits and wellness strategy, with implementation and compliance experience preferred
Experience in consulting and client-facing roles is a plus
