What You’ll be Doing…

• Enter and process mailed-in payments, membership applications, renewals, and record changes quickly and accurately.
• Analyze information to determine how it should be entered in the system—whether it’s a payment, an update to membership info, or another transaction type.
• Toggle between multiple databases to ensure all data is entered correctly and reconciled.
• Run the payment processor to transfer payment files to both the bank and internal systems.
• Communicate with members to resolve payment or account issues.
• Participate in periodic database audits to identify and correct errors or anomalies.
• Collaborate closely with team members to coordinate workflow and support shared goals.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and high-performing team environment.
