Key Responsibilities
Manage product event data in Twilio Segment, focusing on data capture, storage, and structure
Design and implement processes for transforming raw event data into organized tables
Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure data supports analysis across the customer journey
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Twilio Segment is essential
Experience with Snowflake is highly preferred; familiarity with Databricks or BigQuery is also valuable
Strong skills in data modeling and structuring event-based data
Proficiency with DBT for data pipeline and transformation workflows
Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders for actionable insights
