Sign-on bonus available

Guaranteed daily rates / minimum to start + competitive collections-based model (32–35% of collections, 35% for leads)

Your Role

Deliver a full range of general dentistry services - preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and complex cases

Create personalized treatment plans and educate patients on their oral health

For experienced candidates : mentor colleagues, lead clinical protocols, and participate in growth strategy

For new graduates : develop advanced skills in a supportive, collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Active NY dental license (or eligibility)

All experience levels welcome - new grads encouraged to apply

For leadership track : 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred

Commitment to high-quality, patient-first care and collaborative teamwork
