Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client. Proof of Everify or Attestation Please require if nurse is working on a compact license As required. ARC, AHA, or United States Department of Defense only. Required - Primary Source Verification CL please refer to the Allied Licensure Report in NOVA for Qualifying all Allied Professionals (anything non-RN, LPN) Nursys verification required as applicable (required for all RNs) Required as Applicable by Profession. Must meet or exceed the Angoff score or otherwise achieve a passing score if not done through Relias. Required as Applicable by Profession.
