Rokus Consumer Marketing team drives user engagement and growth through strategic media campaigns on our platform. We work cross-functionally to optimize performance using data, creativity, and Rokus owned media channels. The Senior Performance Manager is responsible for leading the development of comprehensive media strategies that drive streaming hours, subscriptions, and engagement by effectively & efficiently using owned and operated media. This role requires working across multiple teams and will necessitate comfort in using data to create the most effective media plans.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute successful performance marketing strategies on a Roku device to effectively and efficiently drive KPI performance for internal marketing areas that the Consumer Marketing Organization supports
• Liaise with key stakeholders on the marketing, creative, product, and analytics teams to implement best practices using performance marketing results to inform decisions
• Partner cross-functionally with analytics to provide consistent and actionable performance analysis, reporting, and insights that feed back into the overall media strategy
• Be the POC with the product, marketing clients, analytics, and engineering teams on all media capabilities and measurement projects
• Utilize analytics and platform tools to track and optimize KPIs
• Reports performance to Marketing teams, other stakeholders, and Senior leadership
• Have a keen understanding of Rokus ad products and campaign execution capabilities
• Ensure all campaigns are being captured correctly in our internal reporting tools
