You will also work with insurance agencies to resolve customer issues and may be required to cover on-call duties, drive company vehicles, and make deliveries.
Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in the medical field, medical billing practices, and administrative record management. Skills such as effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. You should also be proficient in using Microsoft applications and office equipment.
