Plant Manager

We are seeking Plant Manager, for a client, for one of their facilities south of Madison. This dairy company has been in business for 40 years and they are growing significantly with plans to add production lines and expand the size of the plant significantly. This position is ideal for someone who prefers to manage from the floor, not an office, and enjoys mentoring personnel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee full scope of plant operations : production, maintenance, quality, sanitation, logistics, and budget
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Lead capital projects and implement process improvements
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize output and reduce costs
• Partner with senior leadership on long-term strategic planning
• Champion employee development, morale, and operational excellence
