Job Title : Desktop Technician II

Location : North Chicago, IL 60064

Duration : 6 Months

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents, tasks, and requests escalated through service management software, including but not limited to operating systems (Windows and Mac), mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and a range of software applications
  • Responsible for ensuring completion of all assigned work and proper communications with clients, meeting service level agreements, customer satisfaction, and service demands
  • Perform programming and related administrative tasks for Managed printers.

Must Haves :

  • Will need the ability to be certified in Dell and HP hardware repairs.
  • Must possess a strong customer service orientation.
  • Must be adaptive and flexible and have good problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Hands-on physical repair of laptops

    • Years of experience / education and / or certifications required :

  • 2-4 years of experience

    • Top 3-5 skills requirements :

  • Will need ability to be certified in Dell and HP hardware repairs.
