Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI tools for performance and manage budgets for AI implementation
Develop and execute a multi-year AI transformation roadmap to enhance productivity and customer experience
Build and lead a dedicated AI team to implement and monitor AI solutions across various customer service channels
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
10+ years of relevant business experience, particularly in contact center operations or digital transformation
3+ years of experience leading AI / ML solutions in customer service settings
Technical understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts and applications
Demonstrated success in building and leading cross-functional teams
