Key Responsibilities
Manage business operations and system initiatives to streamline complaint processes and maintain data integrity
Analyze trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement and create reports for senior leadership
Collaborate with audit teams to ensure compliance and enhance the quality of Operational Management Tools
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business analytics or data management
Proficient in QuickBase and analytics tools, with experience creating dashboards and reports
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Experience working in a data warehouse environment with large data sets
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
