Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Location : Marshfield, MO

MedAdventures is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a well-established Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team in Marshfield, Missouri . This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who is passionate about improving residents’ independence and quality of life in a long-term care setting.

In this role, you’ll work as part of an interdisciplinary care team to assess, treat, and support residents with a range of physical, cognitive, and functional limitations.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate residents for functional deficits in activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and cognition
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to restore function and promote independence
  • Train residents, caregivers, and staff on adaptive techniques and equipment
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of therapy services
  • Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and families in care planning

    • Qualifications :

  • Active Missouri OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting preferred
  • Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
