Inclusion Networks Program Manager
As an Inclusion Networks Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Microsofts culture of inclusion by enabling employee-led Inclusion Networks and their global chapters. Youll provide resources, guidance, and advocacy that empower communities to thrive, while ensuring alignment with Microsofts culture and business strategy.
Reporting to the Director of Inclusion Networks, you will directly influence how inclusion comes to life at Microsoft. Youll partner with network leaders, executive sponsors, and business stakeholders to ensure these employee-led groups are empowered, connected, and equipped to deliver high-impact, enterprise-aligned outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of culture, community, and strategy. By driving operational excellence, ensuring consistency and scalability, and amplifying employee voice, you will make Inclusion Networks a strategic lever for innovation, performance, and impact across the company.
