Perform a full range of surgical procedures in a high-volume community-based hospital setting. Our Thoracic programs have consistently been recognized by independent health care quality researchers as one of the best Thoracic programs in New York state and in the nation. Hospital Employed Position Call rotation 1 : 3 Clinic and Surgical Office conveniently located on hospital campuses Competitive base salaries including productivity and quality incentives Robust Referral Network from both the employed and non-employed regional cardiology practices Large geographic catchment area that includes Southern Vermont, and Western Massachusetts, and western NY Strong Surgical PA support Recruitment Package Compensation is between $600,000- 800,000 per year Starting Bonus Relocation Assistance Excellent benefits; including health / vision / dental insurances Paid malpractice, including post-SPHP employment tail coverage CME time & expense allowance Paid time away from the practice Retirement savings program with employer matching program Requirements Board certified / eligible by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery Robotic Certification and Experience a plus; NYS License or eligibility; A minimum of 2 years of working experience preferred.
