Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, and we are in search of a Project Manager - Business Practices  to join our growing Project Management team. As a Project Manager focused on business processes, you will play a key role in optimizing both our manufacturing and business processes which ultimately enhance operational performance. You will lead cross-functional teams in the identification, planning, and implementation of improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Your ability to sustain project results and foster a culture of continuous improvement will be critical to our success.

This role will be based out of either our Burnsville, MN or Faribault, MN facility.
