About the Role
In this position, you will report to the company president, playing a key role in shaping future product direction and strengthening coordination between engineering, sales, and manufacturing. The Product Manager will lead new product initiatives from concept through commercialization—bringing customer-driven ideas to life and ensuring products meet quality, cost, and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through product development and launch
- Serve as the voice of the customer, translating feedback into product improvements
- Lead go-to-market planning and support sales and marketing initiatives
- Track product performance and recommend strategic adjustments based on data

Qualifications
