Job Description :
Enable data / technology transformation through strategy, planning, program management, process development and improvement.
Align intelligence research topics with national security priorities and emerging technology trends through academic, IC, and industry stakeholder engagement.
Define, document, and enhance operational effectiveness to deliver technology solutions to mission organizations.
Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communications and change management efforts.
Requirements :
Active and maintained Top Secret with SCI (TS / SCI) Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph security clearance.
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of eight (8)+ years' of experience in management consulting, program management, or change management.
Experience with organizational or process transformation.
Nice to Have :
Ability to view problems from multiple angles and apply a variety of solutions to solving them.
Strong stakeholder engagement and technology skills in DoD / IC environment.
Experience working in teams to produce high-impact work products, reports, other deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Heightened attention to detail, and the ability to create and edit technical and non-technical written work products and graphical presentations.
Compensation : $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
