TEKsystems is currently searching for professional candidates interested in a Bank Teller opportunity with a Fortune 100 Credit Union in the Jacksonville, FL 32202 area!Job Description : To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit / debit cards. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision. Provide assistance / training to lower level team members.Experience1-3 years of banking experience, retail, cash handling, customer serviceAbility to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and via emailAssociate or Bachelor degree preferred but not requiredResponsibilitiesAnalyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts / loansAssist members with submitting consumer / mortgage / equity loan, overdraft protection and credit card applicationsCounsel current and prospective members about company products and servicesEnsure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properlyIdentify opportunities to cross service products and increase product penetrationPerform platform banking functionsHours : Full-time 40hr work week - MUST be available betweenMonday-Friday : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm, Saturday : 8 : 00am-2 : 00pm.Could be expected to work 2-4 Saturdays a month depending on business need.If interested, please apply here with your updated resume!Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 / hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
