Provide on-site clinical coverage as a Physician Assistant surgical hospitalist during the evening, night, and weekend hours for the Department of Surgery and its attending physicians. LOCATION : Rochester General Hospital DEPARTMENT : Surgery RESPONSIBILITIES / ATTRIBUTES 12 hour shifts; 36 hour work week Nights, weekends, and holidays No OR responsibilities Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience is required OFFERINGS Lucrative compensation Paid malpractice with tail coverage Relocation services 4 weeks of vacation, 1 week of CME Loan forgiveness Comprehensive health benefits PAY RANGE : $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
