Coppera Plumbing is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee our commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of proven project management experience (preferably in plumbing or construction) and have the leadership skills to drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and at the highest standards of quality .
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Lead projects to meet time, scope, budget, and revenue goals.
- Oversee submittals, change orders, RFIs, schedules, and budgets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review project costs, labor, and financial reports to ensure profitability.
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to company growth.
