Position Overview : Communiboost We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive prompt assistance with their inquiries, maintain high satisfaction levels, and foster positive relationships with our clientele. Salary Range : $21.00 - $30.25 hourly Location : Akron, OH

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Educate customers on the use of products and services offered.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven experience in customer service or related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Proficiency in using customer service software and other relevant technology.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
