Member Services Representative

Serves members by being an advocate and point of contact for member questions and concerns regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, claims and any other aspects of plan benefits and services. Ensures member satisfaction by providing superior customer service and willingness to help at all times while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• $21 / HR
• M-F
• with rotating weekend shifts (Shift ranges 6am-8pm - 8hrs in between)

REMOTE, equipment provided

• Must have :
• Bilingual in a language,
• MUST BE Bilingual in a language
• (Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, OR Korean)
• at least 1 year of call center
• at least 1 year of healthcare experience
• healthplan exp preferred
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Call Center - 2+ years
• Bilingual in a MUST
• Health plan experience preferred

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr.
