Responsibilities :
Attending CustomersMake a route daily visiting customers with company carProvide exceptional customer service to clients via person to person and phoneAssist customers with inquiries, orders, and product informationAnalyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutionsPerform data entry and maintain accurate customer recordsMake outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate sales new customers and current customersResolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional mannerCashier DrawerRequirements :
Fluent in English, both written and verbalSale and Customer Service Experience from 2-5 yearsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgroundsStrong data entry skills and attention to detailMust speak Spanish and EnglishPrevious experience in customer service or sales is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets / goalsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feetNote : This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Schedule Monday to Friday 7-5 Every other Saturday. 1 hour lunch.
Able to carry, to walk fast to be stand up.
