The ideal candidate thrives on organization, problem-solving, and communication, balancing executive-level administrative tasks with day-to-day customer support responsibilities in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Assist with project tracking, deadlines, and follow-ups for leadership initiatives.
- Organize company records, files, and databases for efficiency and compliance.
- Handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Customer Service Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Provide accurate product and service information, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-up.Support customer orders, billing questions, and service requests.Document and relay customer feedback to management to improve service quality.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to support company growth. QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field).Experience :
2+ years of administrative / executive assistant experience.1+ year of customer service or client-facing experience.Experience working with NCR and / or AS400 platforms strongly preferred.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Professional demeanor, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills
Experience in the food distribution or manufacturing industry a plus.Familiarity with order management or CRM systems.Problem-solving mindset with ability to remain calm under pressure.Team player who can also work independently.Italian & Spanish language a plus.
