As a Solutions Engineer II, youll play an integral part in sales cycles, defining solutions that meet the requirements of our customers. Youll be both the customers trusted advisor and technical expert. As a Solutions Engineer II, you will be responsible for :

• Creating sales opportunities by managing the pre-sales technical process and demonstrating Akamais technology to customers.
• Managing the technical proposal process and ensuring all technical information and recommendations addressing customer requirements are accurate.
• Tracking account activity for business analysis and reporting, designing technical solutions to meet our customers needs.
• Leading sales activities such as Technical Demos, Customer Analysis Reports (CARs) and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
