Company Overview :   Salsbery Brothers Landscaping is a reputable landscaping company located in Carmel, Indiana. We are known for providing high services to residential and commercial properties for over 40 years. We are currently seeking a highly dependable and experienced Mechanic to join our team today!

Position Summary :   As the mechanic at Salsbery you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety if landscape and grounds maintenance equipment (gas and diesel) including lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, small engines, trucks, and other vehicles. This role ensures that all equipment is in optimal working condition to support daily operations of the landscape company, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety standards are met.

Position Responsibilities :   As the mechanic your responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Perform regular inspections, tune-ups, and maintenance on all landscape equipment and vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs on equipment, small engines, trucks, trailers, and other machinery.
• Order and maintain an inventory of parts, tools, and supplies needed for maintenance and repair tasks.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
• Ensure all repairs meet company safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Provide on-site support to teams when equipment breaks down in the field.
