Regional Maintenance Manager

Job Description

EōS Fitness is searching for a Regional Maintenance Manager to join and support our team. This role is intended to elevate the member and team member experience through strong leadership, a passion for customer service, a creative mind, an eye for detail, a high level of professionalism and multi-unit maintenance management experience.

While the entire gym team plays a role in customer service it is our Maintenance Team that ensures every workout experience is "uninterrupted" for our members by providing the best environment, availability of amenities, a high standard of cleanliness and full functioning equipment. Our entire Maintenance Team cannot be afraid to roll up their sleeves and help make our gyms the member's "FAVORITE." Departments : Facilities / Maintenance

Essential Purpose : Support the overall success of the gyms in their designated Region in their entirety including the safety, sanitation and efficiency of the gyms, financial success, employee experience and member satisfaction.

Core Purpose : To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to :

• Personnel Management and Leadership - Teach, mentor and lead District Maintenance Technicians in-person and remotely.
• Communicate with Executive Leadership, Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Managers and Gym Operations personnel appropriately.
• Outside Vendor Management Identify, evaluate, establish, and maintain relationships with "key" outside vendors who will service locations (Cleaning, HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, etc.).
• Communicate and coordinate with landlords for all major repairs.
• Ensure Quality Assurance for facilities.
• Provide support for projects as needed.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance on all building systems.
• Expert in all functions and systems of the fitness facility.
• Manages and closes FMX tickets.
• Manages maintaining a clean and organized inventory.
• Completes trouble shooting and basic repairs not requiring trade licenses such as :
• Plumbing fixtures
• Light fixtures
• Bulb replacement
• Sheet rock
• Painting touch ups
• Wall finishes
• Flooring
• Trim
• Door handles
• Millwork
• Pool mechanics
• All other basic fixtures
• HVAC units, sensors, and t-stats
• AV systems / TVs
• Address concerns on social media platforms as they relate to facilities maintenance (IE-yelp reviews, member comments / inquires).

In addition to the base salary, the Regional Maintenance Manager will be eligible for a monthly bonus.

Schedule : Monday – Friday, weekends as needed

Job Type : Full-Time, Exempt

On-site, Travel up to 80%
