Position Overview :

We are seeking a Regional Manage r to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our residential properties. In this role, you will supervise property teams, foster positive resident relationships, and drive performance in occupancy, revenue, and asset preservation. You will ensure adherence to PEM’s standards and branding while developing strategies that maximize long-term property value and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor property operations, occupancy, and performance; implement strategies to optimize revenue and resident retention.

Collaborate with property teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and operational plans.

Recommend and prioritize capital improvement projects to enhance and preserve asset value.

Analyze financial results, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate property staff; foster growth, accountability, and high performance.

Ensure exceptional customer service and positive resident and employee relations.

Address complex resident or property issues promptly and professionally.

Drive continuous improvement and standardization across assigned properties.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, property management, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in property or asset management, preferably in residential real estate.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop strategies aligned with company goals and adapt to market conditions.

Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance management.

Familiarity with property management software and tools.

Work Environment :

Approximately 50% desk work, 50% on-property.

Travel to our Southeast Properties

Regular walking, standing, and light lifting (up to 20 lbs).

Occasional after-hours or weekend work for emergencies or resident needs.
